The Naked Cake...

Here at The Paper Parlour we love cake. We love eating it, making it and eating it some more. We are particularly falling for the less is more style cake. The combination of bare sponge, butter cream, fruit and flowers is simply beautiful. Below is a cake we found from the genius that is the Lily Vanilli Bakery.

We are also thoroughly convinced that as there is less butter cream and icing used to decorate the outer surface and edges, this style of cake is surely a healthier option to go for!
